PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Through strategic planning of objectives and goals based on your training and growth needs, you define your own professional development in the organization with your PDP.

Every year, we design an action plan that incorporates the following development and growth elements:

  1. Determine your short and medium-term objectives
  2. determine your abilities and requirements.
  3. Create a training strategy.
  4. Make sure you stick to your plan.

Each staff member creates a Professional Development Plan and, in collaboration with his or her manager, offers follow-up and feedback on a regular basis.

EMOTIONAL COMPENSATION

We accompany your training and professional development with our Virtual University. With content developed by experts in administration, management, construction, and institutional values.

We have a variety of content types, including:

  1. Monthly courses
  2. Microlearning capsules
  3. Virtual seminars, both internal and external
  4. Library

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Every year, an individual performance measuring procedure is carried out in order to identify areas of potential and strategically support progress.

The employee’s performance is evaluated by the leader on the following criteria:

  1. Upholding institutional values
  2. Leadership abilities
  3. Process expertise

This assessment is supplemented with input from the direct leader in order to identify opportunities for professional development.

360°

With 360° evaluations, we can learn about the perceptions of our competencies among our coworkers, as well as how they are put into practice on a daily basis.

The measurement is carried out anonymously and using a platform by participating:

1. The immediate leader
2. Colleagues or bystanders
3. Assigned staff or collaborators
4. The department’s or area’s customers
5. The employee’s self-evaluation

ONBOARDING

Feel supported by both your work team and Human Capital support during your transition to professional activity.

An integral process is built through the onboarding agenda and the corporate university, which allows for accompaniment at various times:
1. Prior to the employee’s arrival, conduct a pre-induction
2. In the first few weeks after joining the company
3. Check in a few months later

The goal of the onboarding program is to guarantee a well-informed introduction into the organization, its culture, and policies, as well as to facilitate integration into professional activities, assess integration, and adjust learning programs.

One example is the monthly PET, cardboard, and aluminum recycling campaign, which, in addition to having a positive environmental impact, allows for the contribution and support of students receiving speech therapy, group therapy, physical therapy, dance, and painting classes at the Down Institute of Chihuahua, A.C.

As well as recycling actions on active projects throughout the country.

Social Responsibility Committee

The work of social responsibility is based on the interest, commitment, and voluntary participation of staff from all areas who applied to be a part of the ConstruiRSE Social Responsibility Committee, which coordinates fundraisings and altruism activities among departments under internal management and promotes them among their coworkers.
