Professional Development
Through strategic planning of objectives and goals based on your training and growth needs, you define your own professional development in the organization with your PDP.
Every year, we design an action plan that incorporates the following development and growth elements:

- Make sure you stick to your plan.
Each staff member creates a Professional Development Plan and, in collaboration with his or her manager, offers follow-up and feedback on a regular basis.

Every year, an individual performance measuring procedure is carried out in order to identify areas of potential and strategically support progress.
The employee’s performance is evaluated by the leader on the following criteria:

This assessment is supplemented with input from the direct leader in order to identify opportunities for professional development.
With 360° evaluations, we can learn about the perceptions of our competencies among our coworkers, as well as how they are put into practice on a daily basis.
The measurement is carried out anonymously and using a platform by participating:

2. Colleagues or bystanders
3. Assigned staff or collaborators
